How do you decide on new year’s resolutions?

Follow those 5 easy steps:

Step 1: Reflect on the year gone, what did you love doing, what have you achieved, what could have you done better, what activities you enjoyed doing and what made you feel drained

Step 2: Reconnecting Your to Yourself,  make a list of what is that you want, be very clear what you want,  set the goals step

Step 3: Use your 5 senses ( smell, touch, feel, see, hear) and start to visualise you already having those things

Step 4: Take any action needed in the directions towards identified goals

Step 5: Become the manifesting magnet, let your energy be vibrating to those levels, you do that by feeling good, this is also an indication you are on the right track and that you are doing the right things, create habits in your day to keep this vibrational energy.
